Blue Glazed Redware PotThis interesting pot is hand thrown redware pottery, made by Tom Green in Nazareth, PA. USA. It has matte blue glaze outer and inner sides and the redware bleed through effect making a unique, one of a kind, pattern. The inside bottom of the bowl shaped pot is a dark blue glaze with a few “snow flake” white bursts. The bottom of the pot is glaze-free, dated and initialed by the artist. The bottom measures approximately 3 ¼” across, top opening measures approximBlue Glazed pot top down positionately 4” across with the wider middle of the pot approximately 4 ¾”. It is approximately 3 1/2" high. We placed a pen in the pot for size comparison and it is not included with this artistic pottery item. When you hold the pot in your hands you can feel the pottery artist’s hand prints. This lovely piece Bottom of potwould make a great loose change receptacle and would be great with a silk or dried floral arrangement. $28.00 plus shipping.
